We are cognizant that everyone has different budgets and goals for their oral health. We strive to provide excellent patient care at competitive rates.
We always leave some space in our schedules throughout the week to accommodate those unforeseen dental emergencies.
Dental emergencies aren't very fun so we do our best to be as precise and gentle as possible to reduce your recovery time!
From the moment you walk in our door, we are committed to your comfort. That means reducing anxiety levels before treatment begins by using conscious sedation or deep sedation if necessary. Our team of dentists and oral surgeons will be with you every step of the way so that no matter what fear it is - whether its needles, drills, or just a bad experience from long ago - we can help!
Nitrous oxide, also known as laughing gas, is one of the three methods of sedation that we use. This odorless gas is administered through a mask and helps reduce anxiety during your procedure. You will remain conscious throughout but may feel less discomfort while breathing this in versus other forms like oral or injectable medications which can make you sleepy and unaware for some time after surgery!
A pill that will make you feel relaxed and comfortable during your appointment sounds like a dream come true! Luckily, Oral Sedation is our most popular sedative. This method comes in the form of capsules which are designed to target anxiety levels for optimal comfort while undergoing dental treatment. The capsule should be taken about an hour before coming into our office so it can take effect by the time we begin treatments on patients who have opted for this type of oral medication as their preferred choice.
Local anesthesia is the most common form of sedation that we use. While it isn't truly a form of sedation, when done correctly it can make a dental treatment relaxing and pain free. The numbing sedation will leave you completely pain-free and still fully conscious during your entire procedure. You will be good to drive home immediately after your appointment and the numbing will wear off after a few hours.
